1. Reservation :
Reservations can be made by phone, fax or e-mail.
The minimum off-season rental period is 3 nights, during the season and school holidays it is 7 nights.
Prohibitions :
• Pets are allowed only in the models A70, T67S and T727 G on request.
• Smoking is not allowed in the motorhome.
• t is not allowed to exchange gas bottles abroad.
Pick up and return of the vehicle :
• The motorhome is available from 14:00 o’clock on prior appointment. (declaration of hirer +- 30 minutes)
• The return must take place on the last rental day between 8 :00 and 10:00 o’clock.
In case of delay we charge 50,- Euro per hour.
• Pick up and return of the motorhome is only possible from Monday to Friday. (Pick up and return not possible on public holidays)
• The vehicle shall be returned in a clean condition.
More information :
• The vehicle is provided with a full diesel tank and must be filled up at the Esso filling station in Heiderscheid (Fuussekaul) when returned.
• We reserve the right to change the vehicle if necessary (for example in case of damage, breakdown or other) In the event of a breakdown abroad, our approval is required for repairs of any kind.
• The renter is responsible for any exceeding of the permissible total mass (see vehicle documents) as well any penalties and consequences resulting there from.
• Unlimited mileage.
• Winter rental possible.
• All our vehicles are replaced after 2 years.

3. Price :
The price is charged per night and depending on the season. (indicated prices including of VAT)
Reservation fee :
• 55,- Euro Gas bottles and chemical product for WC included
Deposit :
• A deposit of 1.000,- Euro (cash or credit card) has to be paid before departure.
The deposit will be refunded if the motorhome is returned in the same condition as it was before departure.
Final cleaning :
• The motorhome must be returned in a clean condition.
If the final cleaning must be carried out by us, we have to charge you 100,- Euro.
• The outside cleaning weill be done by us.
• The waste water tank as well the WC must be emptied, otherwise we will charge you 150,- Euro.
4. Payment :
Upon receipt of the confirmation, a deposit of 25% of the total amount is due within the next 7 days.
The balance must be paid 30 days before departure.
Payment can be made in cash, by card or by bank transfer.
5. Cancellation :
Up to 29 days before departure : 25% of the total amount.
Up to 28 until 15 days before departure: 50% of the total amount.
Up to 14 until 1 day before departure: 85% of the total amount.
No show: 100% of the total amount.
6. Insurance :
• The motorhome is covered by a fully comprehensive insurance with an excess deductible.
• The hirer must return the rented motorhome to the Business address of the car rental company on the last day of the rental.
• The hirer is formally prohibited from leaving the motorhome without the rental company’s consent.
• In the case of an impossible return (for ex. Because of damages, breakdowns or other) the renter is obliged to have the vehicle brought back with the help of a towing service.
The rent remains due until the return of the motorhome to the rental company.
No rental refund in case of a travel interruption.
• A supplementary insurance (Europe Assistance) can be applied for at the ACL.
• In the event of theft by burglary, a report must be filled with the police and a copy given to us.
• Personal valuables are not insured.
