Equipment:
Turbo diesel engine 130-150 hp, air-conditioned cab, awning, bike rack, boiler for hot water, fresh water tank, crockery, satellite TV and antenna.
The 4-star category provides solar system, reversing camera and navigation in addition. Since the vehicles do not exceed 3500 kg satisfies the driving license B.
Reservation fee:
55,-€ Gas cylinders and chemical products for toilet included.
Reservation:
The reservation can be made by phone, fax or email.
After receiving the confirmation a deposit of 25% from the total amount has to be paid.
The balance must be paid 30 days before departure.
The minimum rental period out of season is 3 nights, during the season is 7 nights.
We reserve the right if necessary to change the vehicle.
Pets are allowed only on request.
It’s not allowed to smoke in the motorhome.
Handover and return of the vehicle:
The vehicle is available by appointment from 14:00 PM.
The return must take place on the last rental day before 10:00 AM.
The vehicle must be fully fueled on the gas station Aral Niederfeulen or Eschdorf.
The vehicle is to be delivered in a clean condition.
Gas:
It is not allowed to change the gas cylinders abroad.
Deposit:
A security deposit of 1000, - € (cash or Visa card) is to be paid on departure.
The deposit will be refunded if the vehicle is returned in the condition in which it was before the departure.
Repairs:
In case of a breakdown abroad, you need our approval for repairs of any kind.
Insurance:
The vehicle is covered by an all-risk insurance, with an own-risk amount of 1000, - €.
The renter must return the mobilhome on the last day at the business address of the renter before 10:00 AM.
An additional insurance (Europe-assistance) may be requested from the ACL.
In case of theft by burglary, a police report must be filled and a copy of it must be handed to us.
Personal valuables are not insured.
Mileage:
Unlimited
Final cleaning:
The vehicle shall be handed over in a clean condition.
If the final cleaning has to be done by us, we charge 100,-€.
The waste water tank and the toilet must be emptied, if not, we will charge also 100,-€.
